Top Things to Do in November 2024
1 November
Autumn is well and truly in full swing, and the festive season is just around the corner. November is the month for wrapping up warm, embracing the outdoors, participating in more cosy activities, or just getting ready for the month ahead. We look at some of the best activities to enjoy this November...
Winter Walks
The benefits of walking in nature are well-known, but did you know that walking in the winter is also great for our well-being and health? Not only do you burn more calories in colder weather, but your heart also has to pump faster, and the refreshing fresh air helps to clear your mind. Put your boots on, get together with friends and loved ones and treat yourself this winter to a revitalising walk!
Take advantage of the St Mawes Ferry, which operates 364 days a year, and walk around St Mawes Headland, taking in the views from St Mawes Castle or hop on the King Harry Ferry and discover the Roseland Peninsula!
We have lots of walks on our website and in the Fal River Area Guide - find your favourite here
