Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with two tantalising tipples expertly crafted by the Water’s Edge bar crew before heading to your perfectly appointed harbour view room. After taking some time to enjoy the sea salt air that laps around the shoreline, head down to our harbour view restaurant at 7pm where Bobby’s special tasting menu awaits.

It’s then just a short stroll to your room where you can expect to sink your head on deep soft beds and plush pillows before awakening to the stunning vista of the Fal River.

In the morning, head to your harbour view seat in the Water’s Edge. Here you’ll enjoy a hearty Cornish breakfast to fuel you up for your journey home.
