After the past few years’ seasonal restrictions, The Nare is now very much open to non-residents for lunch, roast Sunday lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, by prior reservation.

At The Nare, one can dine in The Dining Room with its panoramic sea views and traditional five-course, daily-changing, table d'hôte menu or The Quarterdeck Restaurant with its laidback nautical yacht-like interior style.

For dining, both settings offer the hors d'oeuvres trolley, guéridon-served flambés, homemade puddings and a renowned selection of West Country cheeses.

Portloe lobster is on the menu every night as well as an abundance of seafood and other locally sourced produce.

All is served with a helping of generous hospitality so typical of The Nare.
