The day with Emma is a fabulous mixture of information and hands on chocolate creation. The day starts with a brief history, the origins of chocolate, how & where chocolate grows, the human history of chocolate and finally the ingredients, chocolate processing and industrial production.
Surprise your loved ones, and yourselves with making magical treats to include an assortment of festive flavoured truffles, bon bons, hot chocolate bombs and other Christmas delights.
Not only will you learn plenty, you will create some wonderful homemade chocolate to give as personal gifts to your loved ones this Christmas.
The beauty of this course is that it will give you all the skills to do this at home!

Welcome: Meet Emma and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea or coffee and tasty Philleigh Way treat.
The Day: The course includes a variety of demonstrations and practical sessions. All equipment, aprons, food and drink is supplied with a delightful lunch during the day.
Close: Have a chat with fellow course attendees and members of the Philleigh Way team. This is a guide to the days activities and may vary depending on the season as well as the group’s interest.
