Tian of confit chicken, ham & duck, redcurrant chutney, fresh orange
Kedgeree fish cake, smoked haddock, rice & potato cake, coconut mango curry
Served with seasonal roasted root vegetables, fresh greens and sprouts
Chef’s hand prepared paupiette of turkey, cranberry, apple and sage stuffing, pigs in blankets, buttered button sprouts, garlic thyme roast potatoes, red wine jus (gluten free and/or dairy free on request)
Grilled fillet of prime white fish, saffron mussel chowder, wilted kale, salsa verde
Blue cheese homity pie, Cornish blue cheese, potato, mature cheddar, leeks, roast carrot and shallots, port jus VGOR
