Cornwall Pasta was born from the vision of Chef Nicholas Egan who spent part of his career working in the region of Campania, he talked for years about bringing a superior, locally produced pasta to Cornish households.
During our half-day pasta course, students will be guided by Nick through the process of producing their own fresh pasta which they will then turn into a range of delicious dishes.
Pasta the most basic ingredient that punches well above its weight on the possibility scale! Find out how to elevate your skills, whether you are beginner, amateur or pro in the kitchen.
From rich sumptuous Northern Italian pasta to peasant semolina pasta from the South.

Welcome: Meet your tutor and see for yourself the Philleigh Way farmhouse cookery school and garden. Enjoy a morning tea or coffee.
The Day: It’s an action packed session with three demonstrations and three practical sessions. All equipment is provided for you.
