From a decadent afternoon tea to our special set lunch menu, we’ve got something to suit everyone this Mothering Sunday.

Indulge in a special three course lunch menu in the Water’s Edge restaurant, including a glass of fizz for mums.

Our three course lunch menu is £43 per person, served 12.30pm until 4pm. Please note, payment is due at the time of booking, and a seven-day cancellation notice is required.

Curried cauliflower soup
Onion bhaji, curry oil VG 

Salmon and crab roulade
Cucumber pearls, crème fraiche, preserved lemon 

Honey glazed ham hock

Lentil and butternut squash pithivier
Carrot and swede mash, red wine gravy VG 

Fish and chips
Beer battered or grilled prime white fillet, minted peas, tartare, lemon, chips 

Oven baked cod
Confit fennel, fondant potato, caviar butter sauce 

Rolled pork belly
Sage and apricot stuffing, roasted parsnip and carrot, creamed potatoes, apple sauce
