With middle eastern and especially Lebanese cookery books increasing sales recently, clearly the UK has a taste for it and since the ingredients allow such versatility whether you are veggie, vegan, gluten free or dairy free. The range is unbelievable.
Lebanese food brings flavour by the bucket load: From the aromatic, sharp perfume of cinnamon, cumin, thyme, and roasting meat to the clear, refreshing notes of leafy green herbs, zesty lemon, and garlic. Or zesty sumac, za’atar, and the floral sweetness of desserts laced with golden honey rounding out the flavorful cuisine.
It maybe a short course but there is no doubt you will have a long list of dishes to cook by the end of it!
