King Harry Ferry Select Children's Hospice South West as their Charity of the Year
Every year, staff and crew at King Harry Ferry choose a charity or appeal that is both local and meaningful to them. For 2024, Little Harbour, Children's Hospice South West has been selected as their Charity of the Year.
This partnership aims to support and raise awareness for the invaluable services provided by the hospice to children and their families facing life-limiting conditions whilst demonstrating the commitment of the King Harry team to making a positive impact and giving back to the community.
Money will be raised by donating all pedestrian fares collected on board throughout the entire year.
Speaking about the selection, Garrick Royle, MD of King Harry Ferry, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, "We are happy to support Children's Hospice South West in the remarkable work they do. This partnership is a testament to our commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need in our area."
