Spring is a time of growth and rebirth, an opportunity to declutter, and clear out what doesn’t serve us. It is a time for mind and body to be awakened after a long winter, to plant new seeds.
Spring is also a time of reflection and for this we need a clear and focused awareness in order to create balance. Enjoy daily yoga and movement with Gianna Hewlett, energising breath work practices with Charlie Polizzi and beautiful coastal walks. Working with our chef, Paul Wadham, Britta Heubeck will create a nutritional menu to optimise health and wellbeing.
