Gwithti an Pystri - Cornish for A Cabinet of Folklore and Magic- is a quirky museum of folklore, art and magic situated in Falmouth High Street.
'Av a geek' at the collection of genuine artefacts and curiosities, including a Victorian vampire slaying kit and the mysterious "Witches cradle" - all telling an untold tale of Cornish folklore and magic.
This month they are hosting an array of exciting events:
Thursday 12th:
'Groblet' live in the Museum Vault. Doors open at 7.30pm with a late opening.
Saturday 14th:
Tarot reading in the Library from 12 - 5pm.
Tuesday 17th:
Talk - An Investigation on Fogous by Kathryn Sainsbury-Wilkes in the Museum Vault at 7pm.
Wednesday 18th:
Storytelling Circle - Winter Stories in the Museum Vault from 7.30pm - 9pm.
Thursday 19th:
Falmouth Esoteric Book Group discussing '13 Cornish Ghost Stories' at 7.30pm with a late opening.
Saturday 21st:
Tarot reading in the Library from 12 - 5pm.
Pen Mor (Sea Head), the Falmouth OSS will be parading through Falmouth Town for the Winter Solstice. Meet outside hte Cornish Bank at 7.30pm and join the fray.
