St Mawes Town Regatta

3 August

It's Regatta time!

The St Mawes Regatta has been running for over 180 years. This lively Regatta is a traditional Cornish community day and gets bigger and better every year.

As well as plenty of sailing races to watch and get involved in, there are lots of activities for families to enjoy.   The sailing races include local and national sailing classes, as well as rowing, kayaking and swimming.

Guaranteed fun for all the family, expect a marquee for Punch and Judy, kids crafts, and face painting. There will be childrens beach sports, and aquatic sports for children and adults.

There will be plenty of music to keep everyone entertained including a silver band who will finish their performance with the flora dance.

As well as the band there will be live music from Talan Poore and a bar serving a selection of drinks throughout the day and into the evening in the marquee.  St Mawes Seafood are hosting Regatta themed cocktails on the quay all day and donating 10% of their profit to the Regatta.

There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars in St Mawes to keep everyone well fed throughout the Regatta.
