Starting at Pendennis Castle in Falmouth and finishing at St Mawes Castle on the Roseland Peninsula, this iconic one mile open water swim raises vital funds for the RNLI.

Involving up to 500 participants, the route takes the swimmers across the deep-water channel of the Carrick Roads.

Head to St Mawes Castle for an incredible view as the plucky swimmers make their way across the water to the finishing point.
