100: UnEarth
The Lost Gardens of Heligan
Last year WildWorks made a triumphant return to Cornwall with the acclaimed production Wolf’s Child on the Trelowarren Estate. This year they return with a brand new show at The Lost Gardens of Heligan, near Mevagissey, Cornwall.
A story of war, love, loss and hope, 100: UnEarth explores what happens when war is over, changing the lives of everyone it has touched.

The People's String Foundation: Res Publica
The Poly
The People's String Foundation are an army of bohemians and vagabonds hailing from the grass roots of British music culture; Mixing world, classical and urban styles in anarchic embroilment. This Cornish band is fronted by the virtuoso violinist Ben Sutcliffe (Director Of Music for Rogue Theatre, Kneehigh Theatre and the Minack Theatre) with co-founder and composer Zaid Al-Rikabi at the core. This summer Ben and Zaid are packing their 32 piece Gypsy Orchestra into a suitcase and taking the “Virtual Orchestra” on tour as a live duo, with their newest album release “Res Publica”. This music is sure to set your heart racing, get your toes tapping, and warm the soul with the people’s spirit and grafter’s hearts.

I Dream Exhibition
National Trust Trelissick
Trelissick’s second exhibition of the year will continue the story of Ida Copeland MP, whose social activism and philanthropy in the early-mid 20th Century made her one of the most remarkable owners of the estate. Exploring the values and actions of the Girl Guide movement in its early days with attention to the instrumental part Ida played in its development.

The Sea Show is a quirky and hilarious mix of puppet show, natural history and comedy cabaret. Meet crazy characters like Morwenna the ‘beautiful’ mermaid, Ruan the reformed seagull and salty seadog Captain Pemburthy, as well as a cast of mischievous sea-squirts, anemones, limpets, crabs and pilchards - unmissable fun for children and adults of all ages!
