Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival
13th-15th June
The biggest free nautical music festival in Europe returns to Falmouth from 13th-15th June 2025, bringing together over 80 shanty groups and attracting thousands of visitors. There's something magical about hearing traditional and historical sea shanties and stories that are still kept alive today. Don't miss the performances from the main stages at The Falmouth Hotel, The Greenbank, Events Square and Church Street Car Park and the many other venues around the town including Indidog and the Princess Pavilion! Experience pure Cornwall at its most authentic.

Falmouth Classics has been held in the waters around Falmouth each year since 1987. A three day Falmouth Classics Regatta, it coincides with the Falmouth International Sea Shanty Festival. The synergy of Classic Boats and Sea Shanties produces an event which provides an ideal opportunity to bring the Town and the Sailing scene closer together.

Here and Now at Cornwall Museum and Art Gallery
Until 21st June
Contemporary art meets Cornish culture in this thought-provoking exhibition at Truro's Cornwall Museum and Art Gallery. "Here and Now" is an exhibition and auction of 60+ postcard-sized artworks – each generously donated by a local artist. The postcards will be displayed anonymously, with an online auction taking place between 6th – 20th June. Once sold to the highest bidder, the artist of each work will be revealed before they make their way to new homes. All funds raised will go towards supporting and growing the museum’s Dementia Programme, at the heart of which is the Monday Museum Club.
